The plastic ball bearings are known for being lightweight, maintenance-free, and lubrication-free. Each of the plastic ball bearings is made up of polyamide 6.6 for the cage, glass for the balls, and polyacetal plastic for the inner and outer case. They are ideally suited for environments where steel ball bearings are not available due to corrosion.
