Ball bearing / double-row - YAT series
The Yoke Type bearings of the YAF and YAT series were designed with heavy outer ring sections, for cam and track roller applications that are unfit for O.D. bearings. These units are capable of supporting both heavy rolling and heavy oscillating loads. The YAF single row needle bearings are designed with a crowned outer race, while the YAT double row needle bearings feature large blended outside corner radius, that helps with stress distribution. All exposed surfaces feature cadmium plating for added corrosion protection, while the outer race is hard-chrome plated. The inner ring bore allows simple and easy re-lubrication. When installing these units, special attention is needed to properly support the end plates, in order eliminate the risk of nearing separation, that can sometimes be caused by thrust loads. Additionally, these bearings are fully compatible with YAD and YAS series models, as they have same the dimensions.
