Precision micro-positioning table - TM
The TM type is a precision micro-positioning table that is constructed with a micro linear way L, complete with a track rail measuring 2 mm. This series is integrated with optimum micro device fields. Models of the series are also incorporated with a precision-ground ball screw measuring 2 mm in diameter.
