The SLL-C42 series of positioners are ideal for cost-effective micro and nanopositioning. These have been based on the recirculating ball slides. The wide slide and the rails will combine to offer a precise and long range positioning solution. Multiple slides can be put onto the same rail and operated by any control unit. These are also available for high vacuum.
