The IKOTX Super Positioning Table offers the user extremely high running accuracy in combination with a high load capacity by incorporating the IKO Linear Roller Way Super X for guidance. 0.016 μm resolution can be obtained with the full-closed-loop control system. The system’s configuration is simple as the positioning table does not require air supplying equipment.
