The HXP100 Series of 6-axis Hexapods are very compact instruments that are designed to function as a parallel kinematic positioning system. It offers 6 degrees of freedom, namely X, Y, Z, pitch, roll, and yaw for complicated motion applications that need high load capacities and accuracy in up to six independent axes. The Newport Hexapods are cost-effective solutions, cheaper that other hexapods in the market, exceptionally simple to use and can be programmed or reconfigured based on specific needs. It features uniquely designed joints that are also simple plus very durable and rigid compared to other of its kind. Its main features are 2 programmable pivot points (Tool and Work coordinate systems) and RightPathTM Trajectory Control guaranteeing optimal performance.
