Vertical turning center - max. ø 100 mm | VLC 100 GT
The VLC 100 GT is a vertical finishing machine engineered by EMAG. It is efficient to use in the production of small chucked components in large quantities.The machine is suitable for finishing chucked parts with a maximum diameter of 100mm. It can operate together with VL 2 or VLC 100 turning machines also from EMAG. The compact production system of the machine can satisfy any machining requirements. Furthermore, it ensures short idle time and high productivity.
The machine features a pick-up system to load the machine itself. While one component is being ground, the operator or an automation system can place the next raw part on the revolving transport belt, providing reduced downtime.
