Centrifugal disc finishing machine - SC series
The centrifugal disc finishing machines are used for rapid removal of metal from forgings, extrusions and castings. The Vibrochimicas centrifugal turbopol machines have three different sizes, SC 70, SC 150 and SC 250. They can be offered to the end user, with or without an automatic discharge and separation process. The SCA model has an integrated separation and tilt action for unload/reload of components and media. The tilting process can either be a manual or automatic one. The machine has up to 50mm. thickness of polyurethane in high wear areas for optimum disc and chamber life. The machines can be integrated into a fully automatic system as a double batch, single or double. The automatic reload of the chips and their automatic separation is possible.
