Steadyline™ vibration damping shell mill holders are made from high tensile steel with protective coating. They provide machining with overhang up to 5xD equipped optimal cutting data. This dynamically balanced product promotes productivity, better surface finish as well as longer tool and spindle life, while minimizing its operating costs.It is also ready-to-use for initial assembly and permits for more cutting data, but only with advanced stability and silent operation. Compared to a classic system, a normally long overhang milling operation can be performed twice as quickly. Reduced machine time is now up to 50%.
