The all new gantry cutting unit delivers great flexibility. The oxy fuel and plasma cutting are combined with or independent and are the two possible options. The exclusive features include an onsite intelligent gas metering system and a positioning aid, which collectively allows users to work with top notch precision and efficiency. Cutting can be started much more faster and seamlessly and optimal results are achievable.

The COMBIREX™ DX sets completely new benchmarks in precision and flexibility. It is able to fit in to specific needs and can be utilized as an oxy fuel, plasma or oxy fuel/plasma cutting machine. Furthermore, four torches can work at the same time in refined oxy fuel operations and the combined mode enables a single plasma torch together with three oxy fuel torches.

The Farley Laserlab Trident is a large footprint multi-torch cutting machine designed to deliver precision,
high definition plasma cutting, oxy fuel cutting and drilling.
The Trident is especially suit for high volume cutting manufacturers, such as shipyard and steel
processing center. The Farley Laserlab Trident achieves its accuracy and high productivity by utilizing single piece
fabricated beam construction, which eliminates bolted joints. Combined with twin side drives through high precision planetary gear boxes, the result is an extreme, strong, long and lasting machine
capable of plasma profiling speeds of up to 20m/min and rapid speeds of 30m/min, yet retaining the rigidity to
accept up to 6 torches for multi torch plate cutting of 250mm thick material. The Trident also has a BT 40
drilling head with an 8 pocket tool changer with drilling capacity up to 32mm diameter holes.

The Farley Laserlab Trident is known for being a large footprint cutting machine, with a multi-torch design, which can deliver high definition plasma cutting, along with precision, drilling and oxy-fuel cutting. In addition to this, the Trident is suited to environments defined by a high cutting volume, such as distribution centers, shop, steel services and shipyards. There are no less than 3 shifts per day, year after year, while the Farley Laserlab Trident lab always achieves high productivity and accuracy, using using single piece beam constructions, eliminating the bolted joints.

The Farley LaserLab Hercules is specially designed machine that can be used in light and medium machinery and structural steel market. It represents a key machine in markets where there are usually fewer operations on a plate, speed is important and budgets are more controlled.

It is less expensive than the other machines but it can offer twin pinion drives, fully programmable spindle, plate clamping, automatic tool changing etc. but on lighter plates with holes up to 32mm diameter. Where the hole diameter is about the same or greater than the plate thickness, the Hercules is faster than the larger machines.

Parameter of the Hercules are cutting width from 2.5m to 10m (8 & 30) and cutting length from 3m to 50m (10 to 160).

Material thickness can variate between 6mm and 140mm (1/4 to 5).

Profiling speed can reach up to 25m/min (1000ipm).

Travers speed can reach up to 50m/min (2000ipm).

Repeatability is +/- 0.075mm (0.003").

Accuracy is about +/- 0.15mm (0.006").

DANOBAT RPD T model 3D plasma cutting machine has been designed to get maximum productivity. Each sub function has gone through careful analysis and development process in Danobat's research centre. It uses the most sophisticated technology of calculus by FEM or finite elements method for this end. It is suitable for cutting plates, profiles, square tubes, U channel and round tube.

The RPD T provides maximum stiffness and accuracy during cutting. This is achieved by the Cartesian portico robot with 6 controlled axes. The assembling of the robot is done over a rigid structure with X, Y and Z axis displacements.
