The B&B MAF tray erector series is the result of continuous advancement and long lasting experience in case packaging machines.
The tray erector is designed for high flexibility and easy adaptation to prospective needs. Starting with the basic version for erecting trays and ending with the version for erecting high board trays, trays with lid flap (ie. wrap around, suspenders or hinged lids), all sorts of case packagings can be realized within one machine.

GTF60 is a fully electronic machine, suitable to satisfy all demands of pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food industries; the use of brushless motors ensures precise functioning and high performances.
The box size range is very wide, up to a maximum of mm. 300 x 300 x 150 (including lid).
The balcony design guarantees the complete accessibility on each side, in order to optimize machine operations. The use of chainless systems allows to minimize cleaning time and maintenance requirements.
All phases of box forming, product infeed, filling and box closing are carefully controlled.
Box forming: the box or tray is automatically formed and glued, starting from flat blanks. It is possible to use different kinds of pressboard or line boards. The box or tray is formed through a servo-driven mechanical system, to ensure a perfect seal when the flat blank is glued. The glue is applied by a hot melt system.
Product infeed: numerous automatic feeding systems are available, for both in-line and 90-degree feeding, using either conveyor belts, buckets, stackers or others. The infeed position is extremely flexible, in order to meet any lines layout requirement.
Box closing: the box is closed by mobile folders which fold the side flaps and tuck in the last flap. If required, the box can be glue-sealed, even on three sides.
Optional units: the machine can be fitted with several optional units, such as: leaflet insertion unit; box content control; box marking/labelling; bar code readers; rejection station.
