The BL-A309 is a carton automatic labeller that labels the upper panel of cartons. It is manufactured to allow installation of tracking devices as inkjet or laser printers with matching cameras. These print and verify 2D codes and readable characters afterwards on the lateral flaps and upper panels. Users can easily manage and inspect this steel-constructed device through a PC or PLC, using a positive "Fail Safe" logic. It works on a continuous mode speed adjustment with an ergonomic design, with separation of operational, electrical and mechanical zone. Its cartons' mechanical design are patented, allowing size change without adjustment. It features an automatic unwinder with a spring loaded compensating arm, and a label dispensing on servo or stepping motor drive. Vertical and horizontal micro-metric adjustments can be done with this labelling head. Its backing paper rewinding unit has a mechanical clutch.
