A universal solution for almost all transport requirements
Our pallet transporters (type LPT) are air cushion-mounted industrial conveyors for transporting special pallets on which loads of any weight can be deposited.
Once the load has been deposited on the pallet, it can be picked up by a pallet transporter at any time and moved to the desired location without the need for a crane or other means of transport. This independence allows high cycle speeds and avoids downtimes caused by crane bottlenecks.

Air cushion transporters (type LT) are similar in design to pallet transporters, but have a special load placement area on which the load can be deposited directly.
With the air cushions deactivated, the transporter stands directly on the floor or has a spring-loaded castor chassis for empty runs.
The air cushion transporters can be loaded directly and are used particularly if it is only ever a single item that is to be moved or if there is little space for manoeuvring. With no pallet being required, the working height can be reduced, thereby improving the ergonomics of assembly work.

Air cushion modules are individual air cushions mounted on bearing plates that can be operated manually from a control console. A system consists of 4 to 6 modules of the same size. These can be positioned anywhere under the load.
The modules are connected by supply hoses to the control console, which in turn is connected to the compressed air network or a compressor.
The standardised air cushion module systems are mainly used to move heavy loads, e.g. delivering machines, or for occasional transport requirements. They can also be fixed permanently under loads as running gears.
The systems are available in a variety of sizes with load capacities from 500 kg to 600 tons. Loads weighing several thousand tons can be moved by combining several systems.

Air cushion planks operate on the same principle as the modules, but each plank can be configured with 2 to 4 air cushions. As the control console is mounted directly on the plank, there is no need to lay separate connecting hose. The planks are connected to each other in series.

Highly flexible and lightweight jacks only require an air supply of 8 bar (116 psi) maximum. Water or non-explosive gas can also be used for inflation.

The Trelleborg Lifting Bags (TLBs) are capable to lift loads of up to 67 tons with compressed air at a pressure of only 8 bars. In comparison with conventional jacking equipment, lifting bags have major advantages such as the very small insertion height of approximately 3 cm, fast operation, light weight and practically maintenance-free. Typical applications include lifting, moving, spreading and fixing.
TLB lifting bags are thin and light lifting devices made of high quality materials. The rubber compounds are reinforced with Aramide fibres. These fibres are stronger, lighter and more flexible than steel.
The bags are provided with profiled external surfaces to enable safe stacking of two bags on top of one another to effectively double the jacking height. We strongly discourage using more than two bags on top of each other. The bags have quick-release couplings for connection to the air supply or accessories.
