The Trellex pre-cleaner is positioned against the drive pulley immediately below the flow of material. It consists of several separate segments, which can move independently of one another for maximum flexibility. The pre-cleaner blade is made of wear resistant polyurethane, providing a long service life. The blades have a good scraping effect without damaging the belt. The individual blades are mounted in an aluminum cassette, which makes installation and replacement of blades quick and easy. A spring tensioner ensure that correct blade to belt contact pressure is maintained throughout the wear life of blades, thus minimizing the need for maintenance.

The Trellex T-cleaner, matches with the Pre-cleaner behind the drive pulley therefore enabling outstanding cleaning proportions used if there are fine and dry materials being carried over. Same as implemented on the pre-cleaner is used for this cleaner. The blades are made with solid metal vulcanized into a flexible rubber material thus allowing them to move freely, individually. The blade to belt contact pressure guarantees that there is a lesser maintenance needs then maintained by a strong spring tensioner. It is also perfect for reversible conveyors, debris of materials are left unnoticed on belts requiring a secondary cleanser like such.
