Sleeve conveyor chain

The simplex and duplex bush chain with a 3/8" pitch was designed for timing drives with more exacting requirements such as diesel engines.
Owing to their small pitch, bush chains with a pitch of 7 or 8 mm cut the weight and consequently reduce the centrifugal forces and impact speed. They are therefore particularly suited to high-speed drives (e.g. mass balancing drives).

Accumulation conveyor chain - JWIS® M120

Innovative conveying solutions of the highest quality
Accumulation chains are predominantly used in feeding applications and automation engineering for gently conveying items such as workpiece carriers for example. However, they are also used in many other conveying applications such as for linking production and assembly lines, in warehouses, in a variety of material handling systems essentially wherever workpieces, warehouse items, pallets, containers or crates need to be moved, queued, accelerated or separated.
Highlights
Gentle transportation and optimum support for the material being conveyed
Roller friction only, even when accumulating (see diagram below)
Easy positioning of the conveyed material with simple mounting points
No jerky starting and stopping of the chain
Twice the conveying speed thanks to simple acceleration rail (see diagram below)
Much lower drive power required thanks to new low-friction running rollers
Choice of hardened steel or plastic (also antistatic) transport rollers
The outside of the chain is clean thanks to direct lubrication of the articulated points only
Fully compatible with existing guides, sprockets and idler sprocket units
Low-maintenance thanks to special wax lubrication (standard)
Other initial lubrication for special applications on request

Sleeve conveyor chain - ELITE

The quiet chain for long conveying distances
Bush conveyor chains manufactured according to DIN 8165/DIN 8167 are often used for conveying tasks involving long distances at relatively low speeds.
Highlights
Pins made of heat-treated alloy steel, induction-hardened
Bushes made from seamless precision steel tube, case-hardened
Heat-treated steel link plates, hardened and tempered
Rollers (where present) made of case-hardened steel, case-hardened
Since few industrial chain installations are entirely standard, we supply these chains to order as specified by the customer and are consequently able to meet a wide variety of special requirements.
