The mobile rectifier GTH 522G delivers up to 500 A DC for submerged arc welding (SAW) with constant voltage characteristics. In connection with Kjellberg welding units of the KA series the entire welding process can be controlled directly and steplessly with the rectifier. The GTH 522G is therefore suitable for mechanized, semi-automated and automated welding in industry and craft.The GTH 522G offers highest quality in performance and craftsmanship. The robust carriage and eye hooks allow the easy and flexible use of the rectifier. All connections except for the power cable are at the front panel. Three welding current plug-in connections for the material connection (choke) allow the individual adjustment to the welding behaviour.
