Submerged welding power supply - 100 - 1 400 A, 19 - 44 V | GTH 1402
The rectifier GTH 1402 delivers up to 1400 A DC with constant voltage characteristics as power source for submerged-arc welding (SAW). Combined with welding automats of the KA series, the welding process is controlled by stepless adjustment of preselected nominal values. Voltage fluctuations of up to 10% can be compensated. The GTH 1402 is a high-performance power source and thus especially suited for extremely long welds and large workpieces.The GTH 1402 can be used as power source for mechanised, partly and fully automated welding under the toughest conditions in bridge building, shipbuilding, industrial assembly or tank facility and boiler construction.
