Italargon Division is the manufacturer of this device, designing and building submerged arc welding heads, suitable for folded ribbon and wire applications, using constant voltage and constant current power generators. The welding heads of this item are suitable for ribbon widths between 30 and 60 mm, but also for 90 mm. The heads are specifically constructed for internal circumferential plating and for internal longitudinal welding as well, for tubes with a diameter of up to 180 mm.The plants and the related arc welding heads manufactured by the same company also cover a wide spectrum, being suited for various industrial applications defined by quality. Finally, the high deposit rate and the deep penetration by the molten material are other major advantages.
