Ultrasonic transducer with soft tips - STP
STP Probes are normal beam compression, low damped for narrow bandwidth. These probes are mainly for use in dryscan mode, thru-transmission,in the Sitescan and Masterscan series of flaw detectors. Applications include the testing of composites, rubber, wood, ceramics and friction material. No surface preparation is required for the majority of applications. Ideally suited for test specimens with complex shapes.
