Ultrasonic generator / cleaning / for tank - NG
A wide range of standard installations are used in Novatec’s production. Cleaning and drying is carried out through ultrasonic cleaning and rinsing according to customer requirements. For spray or immersion treatment, modular surface treatment through single and cascading stages are offered. Cleaning is done through infra-red and vacuum dryers, Hot air dryers, ultrasonic decreasing machines, Solvent dryers, and spray-cleaning machines. Compact ultrasonic cleaning tanks are used for research or laboratory applications. The type of ultrasonic generators used are for example, flanged or bulkhead mount submersible transducers. The work frequency allotted or made available is 18 to 100 kHz. The piezoelectric units are offer modular construction in order to supply the generator with different frequencies.
