It is equipped with 250 or 500 W of power output and compatible transducer units. These generators ensure a flexible operation to fit megasonic cleaning units and other applications. They are designed with a stepless power output regulator between 10 % and 100%. These rates ensure productive removal of various particles and film contamination.
