Abrasive liquid composite

This composite abrasive liquid is developed by LAM PLAN. It is specifically designed to cater applications that include large tanks and under intensive usages. In accordance with the needed concentration one liter of abrasive solution allows obtaining between 5 and 10 liters of abrasive liquid. With this type of liquid, re-suspending of mixture can be easily done. In addition, the ingenious packing of is stack able to 2 x 2 and 4 x 2 liter packs. Furthermore, the concentration of this abrasive liquid allows easy cleaning. One 2 x 2 liter pack is equivalent to 20 to 30 liters of solution.

WEISS AG manufactures high quality diamond polishing paste and spray. This lapping and agents contain diamond grits of natural and synthetic origin that act as active grinding components and are silicone free. These agents achieve surfaces of optical quality. Our products are manufactured using proper original material and no recycled diamonds are used. The grit shape and the crystalline structure of the natural diamond ensure a high chip removal rate and even surface quality on the workpiece. They are generally blocky having very strong particles with a large number of short, but sharp cutting edges. In synthetic diamonds, the surface grain is frequently more irregular in comparison to the natural ones. Thus, the blocky to splintery particles, the grit shape, and the crystalline structure ensure a high chip removal rate.
