The Janome JR2000N Series Desktop Robot is available in both 3 and 4 axis types for a variety of uses, including screw-tightening, dispensing, PC board cutting and soldering.

The JR2000N makes point-to-point, continuous path, and (in our 4 axis model) three dimensional arc movements. Rigid construction and micro-step control assures accurate operation.

Janomes JR2000NE Series Position Error Detection Desktop Robot reduces defects by finding them when they occur. Using built-in optical encoders, the JR2000NE detects position error step-outs* in the robots stepping motor rotation and stops the robot until the problem is corrected, preventing further defects and reducing work waste. With the position error detection function, initialization is not needed, reducing tact time.

The JR2000NE also has the same advantages as its sister model, the JR2000N Series:

*Step-out = where the revolution of the stepping motor and the input pulse signal become out of sync due to an overload, sudden speed change, etc. Step-outs cause position errors which in turn cause manufacturing defects.

With micro-step control, the JR-V2000 consistently tightens screws to the precise location and depth you set. Building upon 20 years experience in the desktop robot field, the JR-V2000 uses the same operating software as the JR2000N Series, so creating and modifying your own programs is easy!

--Available as a complete set with an M1.2 electric screw driver and time-saving automatic screw feeder device included.

The DATRON IRO300 Inline dispensing system is characterised by a precise and build that is stable. This ensures years of continuous operation and quality of consistence and also can meet exacting operational conditions. Owing to the product's free-arm construction the system can be integrated into inline operations easily. Digital I/Os ensure optimal exchange of data between overriding control software and the DATRON Vdispenser software. Two dispensing heads can operate at the same time. Supply of material is done from cartridges or linear feed systems such as hobbocks or barrels. To compensate differences in work piece height ad nozzle, sensors are fitted which results in a high level of process reliability.

The gantry Robot is a modular cartesian axis concept which is based on GUDEL standard components. The Robot has flexibility up to 6 degree of freedom and because of its overhead axis arrangement requires minimum floor space. To operate the machine simple programming is required - a user guide with IRC5 robot controller of KUKA Motion Control (KMC) is provided. There are 8 standardized gantry sizes and the payload range is from 25-2500 kg. The leg positions are variable and there are holding brakes on all the motors. The leg height and working ranges are set according to customer demands. The Robot controller is S4Cplus or KMC.
