Glass engraving machine - BCL-BG Series
The model BCL-BG is a laser engraving machine which features a steady chassis which enables stability and precision during high speed operations. The machine was created to meet the requirements for cutting materials with large widths. This moving system uses a linear guide and precision gear from Taiwan Hiwin, and is incorporated to a DSP-controlled three-phase stepper motor. Secondary processing is avoided through the stable and durable laser tube which performs with a smooth cutting work.
The working platform of the machine operates easily and never frays due to its open-type stainless steel material. An optional automatic feeding system can be connected to the machine to save more time and costs, as well as to improve the efficiency of the work process.
The model comes in two versions: BCL1325BG and BCL1530BG.

It is also quite affordable as the price is only 1/3 of the CO2 laser cutter. The models are BCL 0505YT and BCL 0505FT. Working area offered is 500*500mm. The laser module is YAG or Fiber Laser Module. A ball screw or rack has been used as a driving mechanism. The cutting speed offered is 8m/min and 15m/min.
