PC sheet extrusion line

The main extruder has been specifically designed for PC processing, keeping in mind the efficiency of the venting system. This has been made possible by using bimetallic barrel and screw. Constant feed rates synchronized with the gear pump and the extruder screw rpm are ensured by the gravimetric high precision dosers. To protect the sheet against UV rays, the co-extruder thrusts out a suitable thin layer. Obtaining high optical quality sheets is critical for the calendering system. In the 3-roll calendar, BG Plast engineers have applied the best mechanical and technological solutions. The calender possesses three rolls of 410 mm diameter with high gloss finishing on surface with internal circulation of pressurized water flow at high temperatures. The total width of the rolls is related to the final net width of the sheet. Standard width for this type of machine is 2300 mm for net width on sheet of 2000 mm.

Corrugated sheet extrusion line

Until very recently, all attempts to obtain a PC sheet under 0.8mm thick was hindered by the complexity of the tasks involved. But since the application had a big market, BG plast engineering team put their efforts to produce a calender that was able to make calibrated sheet of optic quality that possessed 0.5 mm minimum thickness. Strong rolls using high closing force and an exceptional control of thermoregulation flow rates made this possible. After the PC sheet was calendered, co-extruded with an anti-UV layer, passed through a controlled softening oven, it is then entered into a shaping stage which consist in a metal alloy rolls stack. These are controlled thermally, and according to the contour design desired they are shaped. The shaping assembly can be easily dismounted for a prompt substitution of rolls to be allowed. A special hall off unit completes the line.

Multilayer sheet extrusion line - CARTONPLAST

Owing to the increased demand for hollow profile sheets in packaging, construction, and agriculture applications, AGRIPAK, the pioneer and market leader in hollow-sheet production units, have made great strides in terms of technology advancement as well as market capture. We now have automatic production line, called CARTONPLAST, with capability to produce single/multiple layer sheets of PP, PE, and PET using mono- or co-extrusion systems. The modular design of extrusion machines work with T-die heads that can be easily interchanged to produce a wide variety of sheets with different thickness (2–25 mm), width (up to 3 m), weight, and rib profile (straight, sinusoidal, triangular, and multi-walled).

AGRIPAK has the ability to design and implement customized solutions to fit specific production requirements. They have developed a diverse-range of plants to get the best production quality and quick economic return on investments. Thier PLASTICSHEET extrusion lines have been designed to process film and flexible sheet of PP, EPP, PET, HDPE, PC, PETG, EVOH, PA, PS, SURLYN, K.RESYN, STYRLUX, PMMA and ABS. AGRIPAK has used a combination of cast and roll-stack technologies which allows them to cover production thicknesses from 80 to 2000 microns using the same extrusion plant. In-line and off-line performances are good using the COMPACT extrusion lines for thermoforming sheet production.

WPC sheet extrusion line / for composite wood / polymer - PLASTICWOOD

After almost 50 years of experience in the plastic processing machinery engineering , primarily for the production of items to be used in the packaging and in the building field, AGRIPAK presents the PLASTICWOOD line for semi-foamed PVC or WPC boards extrusion.
The PLASTICWOOD lines combine the CALENDERING and the CALIBRATING systems. They allow the production of boards that have low density between 0.5 and 0.7 gr/cm3 that can be used in substitution of Natural Wood, therefore contributing to limit deforestation.
"PLASTICWOOD" extrusion lines represents a "real synthetic wood" item, that can be further processed.
The main features of the thermoplastic materials are insensibility to the atmospheric factors like fire resistance and possibility of the mass coloring.
The "PLASTICWOOD" board is made from a PVC mixture that has been previously mixed in a turbo-mixer or from a WPC mixture by a twin-screw extruder through a flat T-die. The T-die has been particularly conceived to achieve thicknesses. From 3 up to 25mm thickness can be made by the CALENDERING system and from 3 up to 30mm thickness by the CALIBRATING system.

Plastic sheet extrusion line - 400 - 3 300 mm

AMUT applies more than 50 years experience in plastic sheet extrusion to offer its Customers complete and technologically advanced lines to produce foils and sheets from a wide range of thermoplastic materials, to be used for a large number of different applications.
The AMUT production range includes extrusion lines with nominal width from 400 to 3300 mm and thickness from 150 microns for foils up to some centimetres for sheets or multicellular panels.
The number of co-extruders is defined depending on the specific needs of the customer and the characteristics of the finished product. Using the AMUT extrusion lines, sheet configuration up to 9 layers and output capacity over 4000 kgs per hour can be obtained.
