Pouring unit polyurethane
The low-pressure PU Processing Technology system is divided into different areas of pouring and injection processes. It has two types of units: the pouring unit, and injection unit. The pouring unit can be controlled manually using a robot or lineal axes. The PU material is poured in an open mold. The mold will closed once the pouring is completed. The injection unit is injected to the closed mold. The mold will open once the materials reacted completely. The pouring unit is used on those products with properties modified, due to the granulates.
