The Easymax Maxfoam Machine is specifically aimed at the small to medium sized foam producer who does not require the high level of sophistication of one of our standard Maxfoam plants, but needs the capacity capability of a continuous production machine.
The Easymax has been added to the Cannon Viking product range to meet the growing demand for the production of quality flexible slabstock foams in new and rapidly developing markets. It is from our vast wealth of practical experience in the foam industry gained over the past 50 years that this machine - the Easymax - has been designed and we now have more than 30 machines in successful operation worldwide.

The Easymax is ideally suited to applications such as furniture foams and the production of foams for use in the manufacture of mattresses.

The Domestic Refrigerator Cabinets from Cannon is designed to be used as a polyurethane foaming equipment, plant for domestic refrigerator and freezer cabinet. The product can be foamed using two different technologies and positions, either in the "door down" position or in the "door up" position. Both features stationary jigs with single or multiple model fixtures. The multiple mode kit is to be installed on Crios single model fixtures. Carousels/turning tables are features in the single model fixtures.

CANNON's series of Domestic Refrigerator Cabinets is foamed with two techniques, depending on the cabinet's position. It may be injected in the door down or door up position. These two technologies are compatible with various plant equipment banking on the application's needs. There are models with steady jigs that come with either single or multiple model features and there are those which come with multiple model kits that is to be integrated with the Crios single model fixtures. Moreover, there are models with carousels or turning tables with single model fixtures.

The technical competence of the manufacturer, along with the experience gained in the industry, makes Cannon Group a leader when it comes to dealing with projects from all over the world, especially in the discontinuous production of sandwich panels. Now this experience has been consolidated, as Cannon Group has teamed up with Manni, a well known manufacturer of hydraulic presses in Italy, to deliver specific applications that allow the satisfaction of a high number of complex industrial requirements.

The PU injection into the panel can be done either manually or automatically, even with the use of a single injection hole, along with a mixing head that is normally used for these machines. In addition, the devices were patented by Cannon Afros back in the 1970s, with heads being characterized by the "L-shaped" design of the mixing chamber.

The Reactor IP is an in-plant Polyurethane Foam Processing System manufactured for accurate and flexible foam applications. Graco's Reactor IP is designed with precision temperature and pressure control. The shot and control module of this equipment permits up to 25 various preset volume settings and five shot sequences. Features of this foam processing system include the linear transducer that provides exact volume repeatability, its remote mountable controls, and hybrid heater design which quickly heats the material and retains the temperature set point. System components for the Reactor IP may also be selected according to the user's preference.
