Polyurethane foam injection machine - 60 l | Sph standard
SPHfoaming machine has been specifically created for low density rigid foam used to produce small parts. It is equipped with SKS mixing head with a piston that enables an easy foam injection thanks also to the handiness and the small dimensions of the machine.SPH is the result of the research of an easy-to-use product: it may be also equipped with wheels that allow an operator to move the machine by himself.
Its base equipment includes: 60lt capacity tanks c/w agitators, thermoregulation jacket, visual level sensors and diaphragm loading pump.
Metering takes place through high accuracy fixed delivery gear pumps driven by inverters that guarantee high-flow variations.
In order to have a easy-to-transport machine to all intents and purposes, an equipment change is required. The weight has to be reduced by replacing 60lt capacity tanks with 35lt capacity tanks, removing the agitators and using band resistors for heating.
