A perfect coupling between the polyurethane mixing and the new control and automation generation is obtained thanks to the software that has been studied in order to have control over all the productive cycles.
Nowadays low pressure foaming technology is still indispensable for the production of very small products even if it has been replaced by more advanced solutions in the last few years. ARIEL base equipment includes: 80lt capacity tanks, level sensors and 4” tube nest heat exchangers for thermoregulation.
Metering takes place through high accuracy fixed delivery gear pumps that are very easy-to-maintain and long-lasting. ARIEL has been projected in order to make its usual maintenance operation very easy and fast, it is user-friendly, well dimensioned and compact.
