EKOSYSTEM classic model may be represented by HYDRA foaming machine. It has been studied and projected by our company in order to have a great versatility.Thanks to this distinctive feature,HYDRA is used by our customers for different types of production, such as integral foam for imitation leather, flexible foams, padding, viscoelastic etc. HYDRA base equipment includes: 100lt capacity tanks tested and certified for 6 bar pressure c/w agitators, thermoregulation jacket, capacitance level.
Metering is through changeable delivery axial piston-operated pumps with outputs autoregulation system in closed loop through signal from flow-meter and motor-pump speed adjustment handled by inverters so to ensure a constant output even if the components pressures and temperatures change.
A sole framework accommodates the whole HYDRA equipment allowing an easy transport.HYDRA can briefly described as a compact, user-friendly and easy-to-maintain machine.
