PSA nitrogen generator - 1 - 1000 m³/h

The nitrogen generator has clean compressed air being used as raw material and a carbon molecular sieve acting as an adsorbent due to pressure swing adsorption. This way it is able to get N2 at a normal temperature. The adsorption rates of oxygen and nitrogen onto the carbon molecular sieve surface will be different. So will the diffusion rates through the open or closed program control valve, vary. These qualities make the separation of the two gasses a high possibility. Nitrogen of the required purity is thus produced. Rapid response, qualified N2 can be produced in 15-30 minutes. The operation is fully automatic. A stable and adjustable pressure, purity, and flow can be adjusted to meet the requirements.
