Because of the induction heating generator utilizing the latest technology,melting is fast. It is completely protected against oxidation by using vacuum and gas argon atmosphere. It is a reliable modular system, easy to maintain and service which prompts an error and status messages for easy service and remote diagnostics.
FEATURES.
The system has advanced digital control panel with status and diagnostics messages, centrifugal injection casting with pneumatic movement for fast coil decent, integral water cooling system with pressure and water temperature control, centrifugal arm balancing with adjustable counterweight, temperature reader with automatic or manual working cycle (optional), melting power regulation, DC motor with reduction gear of 0.1 to 1 sec and maximum rotating speed of 500 turns/min. The chamber lid can be automatically locked during centrifugal phase for maximum safety.

The Galloni G1, G3 & G5 Series Induction Pressure/Vacuum Casting Machine being a fully proportional computer-controlled power output is noted for its most current and most sophisticated technology. The devices are available worldwide and can be controlled by a custom-built computer integrated with 5.7 TFT color touch screen that helps the operator work through it easily. Being fully automated, all the operator has to do is press a single button after charging the crucible, placing the casting flask in position. The type of alloy and its quantity is not a problem, because the devices have the capacity to adjust the power output and frequency accordingly. Just before the preset casting temperature, the heating current gets modulated by the computerized control system. This helps achieve the set point and with no worry about overshoot. The stirring of the melt goes uninterrupted.

Gas are removed from the inverted flask reducing or even eliminating porosity due to gases and hence crucible life is prolonged, gold and platinum alloys are prevented from oxidation by the presence of argon/nitrogen.Self-stirring effect is provided with medium-frequency induction so as to arrive at top-to-bottom homogeneity of the whole cast tree. Power is adjusted by an accurate computer-controlled PID when the temperature set approaches accuracy and hence overshooting is avoided. Direct and seamless entry of molten metal to the flask is ensured by a dynamic double-swing arm thereby producing dense castings of great quality. Parameters like precise controlled metal temperature, speed of the centrifugal arm, acceleration, vacuum/gas pressure can be programmed and stored in the machine. The device works on totally automated or semi-automated cycles. The operator is required to set the parameters in the automated cycle.
