The CCPT model constant power output parallel heating cable's principal feature is the heating wire which is wound in a spiral around the parallel conductor, insulated from the conducting wire except at contact points set at one metre intervals, alternating between each of the active conductors.

In this way, the heating cable forms a series of resistance running in parallel all fed by the same power cable which acts as the body.

The principal feature of the CCPT model is its special humidity proof design: The body of the cable is round and the colour of the silicone covering is gray, but the most important feature is that one of the ends is sealed with a silicone torpedo, which makes it resistant to humidity.

The heating mesh is specially made of fiberglass mesh with Carbon Fiber heating cables coated with special polyolefin. The mesh is built to serve as an outdoor heating system and is available in two versions. The first one is a customized type based on customer’s drawings. The second one is a modular combination of already designed elements. The standard module comes in 50 cm width and also available in several lengths. The individual modules are all equipped with IP 68 insulated connectors for easy and rapid installation by unskilled people as well.

The mesh is useful for removal of snow accumulation and ice buildup on footpaths, garage ramps and open spaces. The modules can be easily adapted to the dimensions of ramps and paths in general. The paths and curved course can be easily done with as the special connectors equipped with a length of free cable. Special extensions can interconnect the two bands of wheelbases for the ramps of the garages.
