Compact unit can help in preheating weld before cans enter in to the oven. Side seam - pre cure is a system that can provide additional heating required for setting and curing powders compared with the ovens that exists. In the case of liquid coatings, the system can improve curing with increase of the time when cans stay in cure temperature. It is helpful in accommodating the welding lines faster without any increase in the requirements of floor space. Powder side seam coatings are set before it enters to the existing - oven for making it easier to handle the product. It also provides start and stop control instantly for improving energy efficiency.

The Metso’s Direc Fired Rotary Kiln is equipped with combustion gasses which are moving through its dryer. For its drying implementation, the contact in relation with the gasses and the solids is the main form of the heat conveyance.
