GMT Cannon Oven is a heating production system which integrates the principles of a forced air circulation and infrared elements. This system offers uniform heating through its process parameters control advantages. These features eliminate some common problems that operators get from lone infrared heating.

The heat production system comes with Canon MVL heating units producing in the centre part of the IR wavelength range. It guarantees a reduced, yet optimized energy consumption through its MVL heater feature. It is also built with a temperature control system which discerns the temperature of the hot air, the GMT blanks as well as the actual oven. It also caters a GMT scrap recycling trademark which enables the GMT scrap to be efficiently recycled.

The testing on the drying oven was in accordance with a statistically secured and uniform standard. It also has certification in the standard form without modifications. Without re-circulating air, the Plus is still ISO class 5 certified in the chamber. It is capable of attaining ISO-class 7 when it has maximum air re-circulation, in accordance with DIN EN ISO 146440-1. Additional features include F forced air circulation, 750l model size and a TwinDISPLAY model variant.
