Induction heater - SINTESI 900 MK2 – 2HD
Thanks to continuous R&D and long experience, Sinergo has developed a new series of inductive heaters “Sintesi 900 MK2 – 2HD ” series with remarkable technical characteristics.The field generators e.m. series “Sintesi 900 MK2 – 2HD″ offer high-performance, high efficiency, good energy control, the instantaneous, high repeatability, low maintenance. They are sturdy, compact, easy to install and allow direct connection of various accessories, including the infrared pyrometer Sinergo “IROP” and valves for inert gas. They are equipped with connections for PLC, RS232 (optional RS485 – MODBUS) and electrical circuits of “security” necessary for the proper integration into machines and industrial plants.
The software comes complete with all settings: setting the parameters, storage and retrieval of programs, selection of working modes, password protection, self-diagnostic function, temperature control algorithm with user selectable … The simple keyboard and graphic display fluorescent allow an easy use.
