Induction heater - SINTESI 900 MK2
Thanks to continuous R&D activity along with extended experience, Sinergo has created a new set of induction heaters that are called the ”900 MK2“ series. The field generators e,m series 900 MK2 provide high performance, efficiency, repeatability and low maintenance. These units are compact, simple to install and allow for direct connection to various accessories which includes infrared pyrometer, Sinergo IROP and valves for inert gas. They come with connections for the PLC interface RS232 and optional RS485 – MODBUS, plus a safety circuit that is necessary for the correct integration to industrial machines. Thanks to the simple and intuitive software it is possible to manage the varying parameters and recall, as well as save different programs. Choose different modules of work and select algorithms for temperature controls, manage password protection and control the functions for self diagnosis. The simple keyboard and fluorescent display makes use easy.
