Fluxtrol, Inc. offers a custom-made induction coil, that is applicable for Case Harden S-Cam and Shaft. This induction coil is especially designed to be an effective solution for problems like extended cycle times, and loss of pattern control. The power requirement for the unit is 150 kW (135 kW in use), and 3–10 kHz (7 kHz in use).Features of the induction coil include an optimized coil design via computer simulation, and Fluxtrol to reduce cycle time with pattern improvement.
