Theses pneumatic lockout valves are suitable for use in dry compressed gasses and are OSHA standard 29 compliant. This enables energy isolation and are suitable for 1/4 to 1-1/4 inch pipe sizes. These LV series valves are made out of rugged alloy of aluminium. These aluminium cast valves can be used as inline or surface mounted valve. The safety markings are made in yellow and red for distinct identification and helps prevent any mishandling. The metal handles are unshielded in 1" port size but have been shielded with plastic material for the 1-1/4 size exhaust port. Faster release of exhaust translates to lesser downtime. The popup indicator helps fast visual verification. To help various requirements, these are available in compact, standard and high-flow designs.
