Milton Roy Roytronic dosing pumps are the latest generation of LMI electromagnetic pumps with electronic control. They are lightweight and dependable and suitable for a broad variety of applications in both challenging and outdoor environments. They are available in 4 models and a variety of liquid end materials. This makes them suitable for all liquids such as regular chemicals, amines, fluorinated liquids, among others.
In industry, they are used during filling process. In water treatment, they can be used for proportional chemical injection. They can be controlled through voltage free contact of a water meter emitting pulses or any other device generating electrical pulses. In pH regulation, they can be used to inject sodium hydroxide and acids. For water treatment in boiler, they can be used to inject disinfectant for treatment of domestic hot water. In agriculture, they are useful for spraying of insecticide prior to storing corn grains and seeds or straight in the silo.
In animal husbandry, they serve well for injection vitamins, medication, and vaccines into drinking water, and also for chlorine or acid (formic, propionic, fumaric, citric) dosing in drinking water or mashing machines. They are used for preparation of saline solution in biopharmaceutics.

The Milton Roy G series dosing pumps use electric motors and have mechanical diaphragm liquid ends. They are rugged, simple and economical. They offer a great flexibility as they have various liquid ends available and that makes the pump compatible with most chemicals.
It has a corrosion free housing made out of plastic or aluminum. These pumps are based on the two advanced technologies which were previously used only in heavy duty industrial pumps: the stroke adjustment and eccentric variable drive.
The G series consists of three models and they cover a very wide flow range up to 1200 liters per hour. They also offer a great quality to price ratio.
The typical applications of these pumps are with the low discharge pressure operations. It applications like surface and water treatment. Also, they can find their application in agriculture and food industry.
