The Kitz Micro Filter Corporation manufactures the Polifix FT series that is a tube disposable type. It is composed of Polyethylene and Polypropylene that is resistant to chemicals. It has a high performance hollow fiber membrane that can excellently remove particles which leads to longer service life. It has a three-dimensional reticulation structure that has a filtration of gelatinous material. The unit has a very compact size or tube type, making the little residual liquid loss. It has a pore size of 20 nm, 50 nm , and 100 nm, and has maximum operating pressure of 0.4 MPa or 25 ℃.
The unit can operate at a temperature from 5 to 40℃. It is appropriate for Photoresist, Developer, Thinner, Pure Water, and Inorganic Chemical.
