Water treatment unit drinking - DW

AZUD DW is a drinking water plant that provides the required standard of drinking water for towns, industries and even for emergencies that arise from sea water, underground and the surface of the earth. The AZUD DW plants are provided with a compact, modular structure, benefiting from automated operation and cleaning at the same time.

In terms of the technologies used for the construction of these items, the silex and anthracide bed filters are worth mentioning. At the same time, the membranes are ultrafiltration ones, while the reverse osmosis membranes are other important addition to the product. Last but not least, disinfection is possible with chlorine and its derivatives.

Water treatment unit drinking - DW ECO

AZUD DW ECO is a drinking water plant. It is used for getting drinkable water from groundwater, surface and sea water. The water is supplied to town and emergency situations. The plant provides assured supply of high quality drinking water. And it is no secret that high quality water can save lives and prevent outbreak of epidemics.

The plant can also operate with alternative energy sources such as solar energy. Thus it consumes very little power. It has solar panels, which make it self-sufficient when it comes to energy needs. Additionally, it features two batteries, which provide independent operation of up to 16 hours in the absence of solar energy.

AZUD DW ECO is available in three versions. AZUD ECO FW for sources of fresh water supply, AZUD ECO BW for sources of salty water supply, and AZUD ECO SW for sources of sea water supply.

The AZUD DW ECO plant is an immediate solution. It is sturdy, compact, cost-effective, environment-friendly, easily movable, and free of any installation or maintenance costs. With the plant, water can be treated onsite without any water and electric supply.

Wastewater treatment plant - WW

The AZUD WW Waste-water treatment plant to satisfy the discharge or recycled needs of urban and industrial waste-water. The plant utilizes the MBBR (Moving Bed Bio Reactor) mechanics, based on the growth of biomass in plastic supports (carriers) hanging in the bio-reactor mixed liquor. These carriers enable increase in concentration of microorganisms per unit volume than any orthodox system, nearing to high quality required in a minimum area of application.
The unit has benefits like superior waste-water treatment productivity for a small volume, ideal for organic matter bio-degradation and nutrient elimination. It is versatile with achievable amplification of the waste-water treatment capacity, increasing the percentage of carriers in the reactor, with a simple and rugged process, user-friendly operation and control. It does not need the biomass to be re-circulated to the reactor, thereby no bulking trouble and enhanced resistance to peak loads.

Water recycling unit - RW

The AZUD RW recycling water treatment plant , to cure treated waste-water, industrial process water and drainage from hydroponics for recycling. The AZUD RW plants utilize two types of disinfection technologies, ozone and ultraviolet.
In the Ozone (O3) mechanism, gaseous compound produced by introducing of a high concentration of oxygen by an electric spark, which easily mixes with water and cause the oxidation of any microorganisms.
Int the Ultraviolet technology, wave radiation produced by a mercury vapor lamp is used, which can cause cell destruction and inactivation of harmful microorganism.

Wastewater treatment plant - GW

The AZUD WATERTECH GW puts greywater to use. It is not for human consumption, however in techniques of using grewayter the aim is to treat it for reuse in irrigation and toilets. Sinks, bathtubs, and showers is where greywater comes from. Commonly referred to as fecal, served, or black water, grewater has lower concentrations of suspended solids and organic matter. From detergents and soaps it may contain higher concentrations of chlorinated chemicals and phosphate. A pipe for the collection of greywater must be independent from the drain pipe for sewage in households or buildings where the installation will be performed. There should also be a supply of treated water.

Wastewater treatment plant - 380 L | Reaqua

The waster water drain is regulated by the Legislative Decree 152/2006 on the Italian territory. This decree implies the discharge of waste water into the sewer only if several provided parameters are respected. Next, the EEC regulations provide for the reuse of treated water, as well as for similar production processes and cleaning of the production areas. The treated water, at the same time, can be discharged into the sewer after a prior analysis.

The product distributed under the name of REAQUA is a system developed by RCM, which allows the recovery of clarified water from industrial waste, which means water will be re-used safely multiple times. The chemical composition of the wastewater influences the treatment, which can be carried out on the same wastewater from 5/6 to 9/10 times.
