Double-shaft shredder / waste - max. 30 t/h | S 10

S 10 by Eurec is delivered as a shredder that can also be used for shredding waste contaminated with conventional foreign bodies to a small grain size. In addition to this, the use of exchangeable screen baskets below the shredding tools leads to very small output grain sizes. Note that the shredder comes equipped with special tools, as well as screen baskets, with the operation being characterized by slow speed, especially for foreign bodies up to 100 mm.

At the same time, the shredder can be used for secondary shredding for waste, old timber, as well as shredding of electronic scrap. The item comes equipped in accordance to the latest standards, and you can also use it for shredding toner cartridges, as well as for applications such as separating toner from other plastics. The shredder also comes equipped with speed ranges from 16 to 34 rpm and 21 to 45 rpm. A torque of about 100,000 Nm is applied within a slow speed range.

Double-shaft shredder / tire - AVZ

The Adelmann Pre-shredder (AVZ) universal shredder system is composed of robust machine housing and a cutting mechanism that utilizes a pair of parallel cutting shafts driven by a counter rotating mechanism. The cutting blade is firmly attached to the cutting shafts and is fitted with feed hooks. The blades rotate past each other with little clearance cutting the material with edges.

A precise and defined shredded result is achieved by selecting the appropriate relationship between the widths of the cutting blades to the number of hooks per blade. In later process, it can be separated into specific sizes by a sieve. A rigid coupling and mounted dampers fits the core mechanism to the cutting shafts in order to compensate the torque caused after the processing obstructive material. The quick change coupling minimizes the outages caused by swapping worn cutting shafts.

Single-shaft shredder / waste - ANZ

This single-rotor shredder, designed by Adelmann, is equipped with cutting blocks. The number of these is dependent on the size of the shredder.

The blocks rotate and cause the material to be pushed against the one of two opposing static blades, causing it to be shredded. The material continues to be shredded until a shredded size is reached which allows it to be passed via the sieve. The expected size of the output material is determined by the diameter of the sieve's holes. Material can be fed into the shredding process by way of an optional hydraulic mechanism. This can substantially increase the throughput, particularly where light materials are concerned.
