Eddy current separator / ECS / for ferrous metals - SHRED1 BALLISTIC™
The Eriez shredding ballistic separator uses ballistics to productively isolate iron-rich ferrous from most of the blended metals and wastage in a post drum magnet flow. This advanced separator delivers three exclusive fractions. The first fraction is the production of extremely magnetic metals with a flow of 70-80% and copper content lower than 0.2%. The second fraction is the manufacturing of partially magnetic metals like Copper/steel and Aluminium/steel with a 10-20% flow. The third fraction deals with heavy/light material like Heavy steel objects with Light residual fluff, rubber, wire and 5-7% flow.
