The RevX-E eccentric Eddy current separator is a new addition to the diverse range of Eriez separators for non-ferrous metals. An eccentrically-mounted magnetic rotor is designed inside the large diameter shell, which is non-conductive. The eccentric magnetic rare earth rotor concentrates the Eddy current and forces it into a separation zone at the end of the belt. The rotor also produces a powerful focus field, which allows for ferrous material to be ignored in the flow.
Advantages include low energy consumption, reduced long-term wear, conveniently located access panels, etc. The compact design allows the separator to be easily installed in areas with limited space. Three types of eccentric ECS are manufactured by Eriez: the LT, which is suitable for particles exceeding 25mm; the ST-2, which is for coarse materials between 12 and 25mm; and the ST-22, which is ideal for fine materials smaller materials, such as PET flake.

When it comes to recovering fine particle metals from reclamations, the Eriez FinersSort Metal Recovery System has an edge. The system has powerful magnetic components which are capable of recovering ferrous and non-ferrous valuable metals from the waste streams in scrap yards. It can recover metals which are less than 25 mm in diameter, and accomplish 2 tons per hour. The system is easy to install either in new or existing plants.

The Shred1 Ballistic Separator by Eriez is especially designed to provide a robust and powerful functionality and performance for very specific purposes. It mainly uses ballistics to effectively separate the ferrous from the mixed metals and waste materials within the post magnet flow. The separator offers a wide range of fractions including a 70 - 80%, 10 - 20% and 5 -7% of flow of fraction flow. The ProSort II from Eriez is a device that improves metal separation from waste streams. This airless machine doubles the number of metal sensors found on the other version of ProSort machine. In order to improve the recovery of valuable metals, the sensors are aligned with an inverted padd mechanism. Due to this position, the large and small recovery improves and a cleaner fraction is produced.
