Eddy current separator / ECS - ProSort II
The PROSORT II by Eriez is mainly designed to promote a wide range of special features and functionality. It has the capability to enhance metal separation while operating the cost of the air-powered metal sorters. The high quality apparatus is a suitable device for scrap processors which doubles the number of several metal sensors on the initial ProSort unit then directly positions them 1-inch at the center. The sensors with the latest inverted pad system has the capability to enhance the recovery of high quality metals. The apparatus does not require an air compressor plant compared to other competing devices. It also features a reduced dust generation for a better usage of the device.
