ECS separator / eddy current - PROSORT II
The ProSort II from Eriez is a device that improves metal separation from waste streams. This airless machine doubles the number of metal sensors found on the other version of ProSort machine. In order to improve the recovery of valuable metals, the sensors are aligned with an inverted padd mechanism. Due to this position, the large and small recovery improves and a cleaner fraction is produced.The machine does not need an air compressor plant. The machine has a low operating system which reduces the cost-maintenance. It can recover many types of metal including stainless steel. To provide a powerful kicking action, the device is compose of a motorized paddle.
The machine operates electromagnetically and can exceed for about 60 million cycles. It can be used even during cold weather.
It is ideally used for scrap processors.
