These illuminated laser warning signs are 68 mm deep and come as single, double or triple aspect signs. The double and triple aspect signs have a black panel and are semi secret when off. All signs incorporate the latest fluorescent low energy bulb technology, with two bulbs per section providing redundancy in the case of bulb failure.

Using the European Standard hazard colouring of black writing and symbols on a yellow background, this is our most popular fluorescent warning sign. The sign can be automatically controlled by any of the Lasermet range of ICS laser interlock control systems. UK manufactured in high quality steel with a cream coloured powder coat finish and acrylic front panel.

Signalling lighting fixture - 150 mA, 24 V

This LED laser warning sign operates from 24V DC and is designed for use with any of the Lasermet family of ICS laser interlock systems, which will automatically switch it according to the laser status, or alternatively as a stand alone unit. Being relatively compact it can be mounted between door handle and eye height which ensures that it will be seen by someone intending to enter the door.
Secret sign
When off there is no visible message. The red and green messages display in the same part of the sign at different times.
Single or double message sign
The sign can be used as either a one way sign, displaying the red message when the laser is on and no message when off, or as a two way sign, displaying the red message when the laser is on, the green message when the laser is off (ICS mains power off) and no message when the ICS mains power is off.

The ICS-6 ELISe Expandable Laser Interlock System (to achieve performance level e) is designed to achieve EN ISO 13849-1 PLe. It is housed in a similar unit to the ICS-5, which is the most popular Laser Interlock Control System designed and manufactured by Lasermet, but the expandable ICS-6 has, as one of its options, remote monitoring.
This compact, versatile unit can control laser interlocks, door locks, illuminated warning signs and other equipment. It can operate beam shutters and the laser power with feedback monitoring and fault detection. It can be interfaced to Access Control and Fire Detection Systems and is fitted with an Override to allow controlled access through interlocked doors while also accepting emergency stop inputs.

ICS-15XM Laser Interlock Controller

The ICS-15XM is the most adaptable, expandable, all-encompassing laser safety interlock system yet developed by Lasermet.

Its extended capability includes full dual channel architecture including dual safety and emergency stop circuits with separate dual channel control for each circuit.

It can display up to 10 interlocks plus two emergency stop circuits.

It has 9 output contacts for operating interlocks, beam shutters and door locks.

It can be remotely monitored over a network and the internet with the plug-in expansion module.

Wireless transponder based signal transmission system

With our wireless, transponder-based Signal Transmission System we have a trouble-free and maintenance-free system for signal transmission to vehicle doors.

Data transmission between the transmitting and receiving antenna of the system is achieved via a magnetic field, from which the transponder is supplied with energy. Therefore, unlike radio systems, it does not require a special energy source such as a battery or rechargeable battery.

The transponder system is characterised by its insensitivity to environmental influences such as snow, water and dirt. Installation is carried out quickly and easily. It can easily be retrofitted and is wear-free despite movement or dirt.

Applications are connected serial (RS232, RS485), via network and digital inputs and outputs.
