Filtra-Pak RP-.I HEPA rigid pocket filters are used in all those applications where a contamination control is required. The medium is made of glass microfiber paper, water-proof, closely folded and separated by continuous hot-melt thermal-plastic spacers. The packs are arranged in a V shape in a perfectly tight polystyrene holding frame.
All the filters have high filtration efficiency rates, limited depth, high dust holding capacity and robust construction.
Pressure drop is low to reduce the energy consumption of the fan.
At the end of their operating life these filters have to be replaced; they are fully incinerable.

The pollution concept is now part of our daily life. We find it both outdoor (PM10) and indoor as in offices, museums, hospitals, shopping malls caused by road traffic and industrial emissions. We try therefore to control this pollution which is not just made of particles, pollen, solid pollutants but also gas emissions and VOC (volatile organic compounds). Progress has been made as regards the filtration of solid particles but just recently activated carbon filters have been introduced in air conditioning plants. Today advanced processes have enabled manufacturers to combine activated carbon, in flakes/granules, with a synthetic fiber media reaching efficiency levels up to F7 (acc. EN 779). The activation of the coconut shell carbon through the steam enables the same to adsorb the gaseous pollutants by means of physical, chemical or catalytic processes. This is the ideal solution for the situations in which there are low concentrations of pollutants. Pocket filter / synthetic / industrial - Filtra-Pak S series

The Filtra-Pak S pocket filters series covers a very wide performance range and meets the requirements of numerous civil and industrial facilities. These filters, according to the model, have different arrestance and efficiency values with limited pressure drop level. This means fan energy consumption is limited. The filter media are made of synthetic, self-extinguishing and progressively structured micro-fibers (F1 - DIN 53438). No fibers are released during operation downstream of the filter. The medium is thermally welded and applied to a galvanized sheet steel frame that can be opened to remove the bags at the end ofits operating life, for a proper disposal. The Filtra-Pak S filter is very strong (the medium can bear high work pressures without flaking), it has a high dust holding capacity and assures a long operating life.

The Filtra-Pak V pocket filters series covers a very wide performance range and meets the requirements of numerous civil and industrial facilities. These filters have medium and high efficiency rates, with limited pressure drops. This means fan energy consumption is limited. The filter media are made of glass fiber, self-extinguishing non-woven textile, progressively structured, coupled with a support sheet on the air outlet side that reinforces and protects the structure. The medium is applied on a galvanized steel sheet frame that can be opened to remove the bags at the end ofits operative life for a proper disposal. The Filtra-Pak V filter is very strong, it has a high dust holding capacity and assures a long operating life.

High efficiency Filtra-Pak RP.I rigid pocket filters are a modern alternative for air filtration systems compared to soft bag filters. The medium is made of glass fiber paper, water-proof, closely folded and separated by continuous hot-melt spacers. The packs are arranged in a V shape and then bonded in a perfectly tight polystyrene holding frame. All the filters have high filtration efficiency rates, high dust holding capacities and robust construction, the low pressure drop values ensures a reduced fan energy consumption. At the end of their operating life these filters have to be replaced; they are totally incenerible so ensuring a low environmental impact.
