Turbo blanket fiberglass - T3

The T3 turbo blanket features an outer shell made of silicone impregnated fiberglass and an inner core made of calcium magnesium silicate. The core is secured with wire mesh made of stainless steel, which is also used in the construction of the rivets and wire fasteners. The heat tolerance of the turbo blanket’s interior service is 2,012 F. The continuous use temperature limit is 1,832 F. As for the exterior surface, the direct contact limit is 1,000 F and radiant heat limit is 1,700 F. The blanket is available in sizes T6, T4 and T3.

BSTFLEX Fiberglass T3 Turbo Blanket Materials are composed of silicone impregnated fiberglass outer shell, calcium magnesium silicate wool inner core (secured with Stainless Steel Wire Mesh), stainless steel capstan rivets and wire fasteners. The materials offer 2012 Deg F / 1100 Deg C max. temperature rating, 1832 Deg F / 1000 Deg C continuous use limit, 600 Deg F / 316 Deg C direct contact limit and 1100 Deg F / 593 Deg C radiant heat limit. T3 series are available in black, gray, red, blue, yellow, green, pink, purple, aluminum and silver.

The outer surface of BSTFLEX LAVA T3 Turbo Blanket Materials are made of actual pulverized volcanic lava rock (continuous-filament basalt) that is formed into fabric and woven into a tight mesh weave. The turbo blankets are internally insulated with high temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool, overlaid with a high temperature silica fabric for prolonged durability and enhanced thermal resistance. The inside also contains LAVA fiber fabric.
